MH Kitchen is based at our Personal Training Facility, Modelhealth Performance, in the East End of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
We created MH Kitchen after identifying one of the main struggles that our clients face is their nutrition. Having our inhouse kitchen, allows us to offer calorie controlled meals to not only our clients, but the general public too.
We pride ourselves on offering home-cooked style food - with the highest quality and taste at the core of our offering. We want our customers to feel like their eating 'normal' food, which isn't boring and tasteless!
We offer two pickup days a week, allowing your food to be fresh!
Our delicious Meal Prep service is packed full of flavour and carefully prepared by our team fresh each pickup day!
