How can I order Meal Prep?

You can order Meal Prep several ways. You can signup to a regular Subscription or you can place a one-time order.

How should I heat the meals?

Please follow the heating instructions on each meal for best advice.

Can I eat the meals cold?

Yes. All our meals come cooked and ready to eat! We would always recommend heating your meals for best quality, but we understand this isn't always possible when on the move!

When can I pickup?

On your confirmation email, we will outline the collection times that are available on whichever day you have chosen for collection. Your order will be stored in our collection fridge. Orders can be collected 2pm - 9pm (Mon & Wed). If you miss your collection day, you can always come the following day too. Tuesday (all day), Thursday (all day), Friday (till 12pm).

Is there a minimum order?

Nope! You can order as little as one dish if you like!

Can I visit you?

Feel free to pop in to MH HQ, we offer Grab N Go on our food range, allowing you to try some dishes from our fridges before you commit to an order!

Can I freeze the meals?

Yes. Our meals can be frozen and simply defrosted when you're ready to eat. Please note we do not recommend freezing meals with protein noodles.

How do I store my meals?

Your meals must be refrigerated immediately from when you collect your order.

Can I recycle my packaging?

Our trays are C-PET plastic, this is made from 80% recycled materials and can be recycled at all local kerbside recycling bins. Our trays are also recycled again and again to make the very same product. We cannot accept returns we're afraid!

How long do the meals last?

The meals will stay fresh for 4 days if kept refrigerated. If you are planning on eating the meals after 4 days please freeze them once you collect to ensure freshness. All expiry dates are found on the labels.


Our kitchen does not use nuts in any of our meals other than the pots containing peanut butter. Please leave a note of any allergy that you have when completing your order. If you’re unsure feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

Can I track using My Fitness Pal?

All of our meals are macro calculated using My Fitness Pal. You can search each meal by searching 'Modelhealth [meal here]'. We will soon be upgrading our label system to add the barcode also!
